In the late summer of 1977, a grim discovery was made in an alley in Wichita, Kansas, forever altering the lives of those who knew James Perkins, a 33-year-old Caucasian male. On September 3rd, his body was found east of 200 S Commerce, his life brought to an abrupt and violent end by trauma to the head.
