In the early morning hours of September 24, 2022, a violent outburst at a restaurant in Alcolu, South Carolina, claimed the life of 32-year-old Kevin Epps. The male victim was inside the establishment, located off of Azalea Lane, when gunfire erupted at approximately 5 a.m.
