In the early afternoon of February 23, 2020, a dispute in Buffalo, South Carolina, ended in the tragic death of 45-year-old Christopher Lee Hall. A white male, Hall had gone to a residence on South Street to retrieve his personal belongings from a home he had previously shared with an ex-girlfriend.
