In the quiet community of Beech Island, South Carolina, a grim discovery was made on the morning of October 17, 2022. A cyclist riding near Spann Hammond Road noticed a man lying on the ground and immediately alerted the authorities. First responders arrived at the scene to find 27-year-old Deandre T.
