In the early morning hours of April 5, 2009, 27-year-old William Earl Tramaine Harmon, known to friends and family as 'Will-Will,' was killed in a violent incident in Kansas City, Missouri. The shooting occurred at approximately 3:18 a.m. at a residence located at 1210 ½ Independence Avenue.
