Kiram Manley, a 22-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, was tragically shot and killed on January 26, 2014. The incident occurred just after 8 p.m. on a Sunday evening. Manley was found behind a building on Cochran Place near North 16th Street in the city's north side. He had sustained gunshot wounds to his back and abdomen and was pronounced dead at the scene.
