In the summer of 2020, a life was tragically cut short on a street in north St. Louis. On the afternoon of July 25th, Tobyron Shaw, a male, found himself in the midst of a heated argument. He was with a 25-year-old woman who was trying to leave the area after a dispute with a man she knew, Joseph Downing. As Shaw and the woman attempted to depart, the argument escalated, drawing Shaw into the conflict with Downing.
