Cameron J. Carter, an 18-year-old from Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on the evening of July 4, 2020. He was found shot in the 500 block of DeBaliviere Avenue near Delmar Boulevard. The incident occurred following an argument earlier in the day between Carter and Andre Brooks, a 27-year-old man from University City. Surveillance footage captured part of the shooting, which provided crucial evidence in the subsequent investigation.
