James C. Riley III, a 27-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on October 25, 2022. On that fateful morning, officers responded to a shooting call around 7 a.m. in the 1100 block of North Sarah Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Riley suffering from puncture wounds. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene. Riley's body was found just north of Finney Avenue in the city's Vandeventer neighborhood.
