In the fall of 2014, in Ferguson, Missouri, a 56-year-old man named Robin Poindexter was fatally shot. The incident occurred on the evening of October 8, 2014. Poindexter, also known as 'Jerry,' was found by police in the parking lot of the Northwinds Apartments complex. He had sustained at least one gunshot wound. Emergency services transported him to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
