Deandre I. Joshua, a 20-year-old resident of University City, Missouri, was found dead on November 25, 2014, in Ferguson, Missouri. His body was discovered inside a white Pontiac Grand Prix near the Canfield Green Apartments, the same complex where Michael Brown was fatally shot by Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson earlier that year. Joshua's death occurred amid the unrest and protests following the grand jury's decision not to indict Wilson.
