Carissa L. Gerard, aged 38, tragically lost her life on June 10, 2015, in Joplin, Missouri. Carissa was born on May 29, 1977, in Carthage, Missouri, and spent most of her life in the Carthage and Joplin areas. She graduated from Carthage High School in 1995 and was well-loved by her community.
