Marvin Carter, a 27-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on June 29, 2015. The incident occurred in the Wells-Goodfellow neighborhood, where Carter was found inside a residence with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso, chest, and arm.
