Death by Force

Marquis Strickland, a 24-year-old man from Saint Louis, Missouri, was tragically shot and killed on the evening of July 10, 2015. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. while Strickland was attending an event on the 1300 block of North Garrison Avenue.
