Cordell D. Bell, a 23-year-old from Kansas City, Missouri, was found dead on August 5, 2015. His body was discovered in a car parked in a wooded area off Interstate 49, near Missouri 150. The discovery followed a police investigation into a shooting at a nearby apartment complex.
