David J. Duncan, a 45-year-old resident of Independence, Missouri, was tragically shot and killed on the morning of September 18, 2015. The incident occurred in the 16900 block of East 41st Terrace South. According to reports, Independence police officers were responding to an unrelated call when they heard gunshots and quickly arrived at the scene.
