Kelsey A. Bowen, a 16-year-old from Moberly, Missouri, tragically lost her life on November 21, 2015, in a harrowing incident that also claimed the lives of her sister, Jessica Bowen, 22, and the perpetrator, Alexander Hewgley, 17. The Randolph County Sheriff's Office reported that Hewgley, who had previously been in a relationship with Kelsey, entered the Bowen residence early that morning and fatally shot both sisters before turning the gun on himself.
