Vickye Head, aged 77, was found dead on December 5, 2015, in her rural home in Moberly, Missouri. The tragic incident unfolded when her husband, Vernon E. Head, 81, entered the lobby of Central Bank in Huntsville and informed a teller that his wife had been shot and was dead. The bank employees immediately contacted the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office, leading investigators to the couple's home where they discovered Vickye Head's body with multiple gunshot wounds from a small-caliber gun.
