Jessica L. Bowen, aged 22, tragically lost her life on November 21, 2015, in a harrowing incident in Moberly, Missouri. The Randolph County Sheriff's Office reported that Jessica and her 16-year-old sister, Kelsey Bowen, were victims of a double homicide-suicide. The perpetrator, Alexander Hewgley, a 17-year-old from Madison, Missouri, entered the Bowen residence early that morning and fatally shot both sisters before turning the gun on himself.
