A man dead by strangulation is found in a ditch
Delvoyd Lee Baker, aged 14, was tragically found dead on October 3, 1982, near Fishers, Indiana. His body was discovered in a drainage ditch south of 106th Street on Lantern Road. Delvoyd had been strangled, and authorities believe he might have been one of the victims of an unidentified serial killer who operated in Indiana and Ohio between 1980 and 1991, commonly referred to as the "I-70 Strangler."
