In the small community of Henley, Missouri, the life of a young man came to a sudden and tragic end. Casey James Pitman, a 22-year-old male, passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2016. The circumstances surrounding his death were reported to be the result of a self-inflicted gunshot wound sustained while allegedly participating in a game of Russian Roulette.
