Casey Pitman, a 23-year-old from Henley, Missouri, tragically died on March 24, 2016. The incident occurred while Pitman and several others were inside a trailer, reportedly smoking methamphetamine and playing with a revolver. According to court documents, Lucas Abbett, a 21-year-old from Henley, placed a live round in the revolver, which Pitman subsequently used, resulting in his death.
