Shemar Carnell, a 24-year-old resident of Florissant, Missouri, was tragically killed on January 1, 2020, in a violent incident that marked a grim start to the new year in St. Louis. Carnell, along with 21-year-old Deandre Davis and 23-year-old Karmah Richmond, was found shot to death in the Benton Park neighborhood of St. Louis.
