In the afternoon of March 28, 2016, the life of a promising young man, 21-year-old Tyrin Williams, was tragically cut short. A male victim, he was discovered in a vacant lot at the intersection of Terry and Hamilton Avenues in North St. Louis, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. When police responded to a call at approximately 1:30 p.m., they found Williams deceased at the scene.
