Andrel Dolphin Jr., a 17-year-old resident of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, tragically lost his life on May 19, 2016. He was pronounced dead at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. Born on March 3, 1999, in Sikeston, Missouri, Andrel was the son of Andrel Dolphin Sr. and Bernadette Bland Mansfield.
