Rolando Bolden Jr., a 23-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on December 3, 2016. The incident occurred in the Skinker DeBaliviere neighborhood, specifically in the 5800 block of De Giverville. According to reports, Bolden was fatally shot by Davontay Vastine, also 23 years old. Surveillance footage captured the harrowing moment when Vastine stood over Bolden and fired multiple shots. Vastine later admitted to the shooting, stating, "I didn't want him to get up".
