Ahkeem Hobby, a 27-year-old father from Kansas City, Missouri, was tragically shot and killed on December 29, 2016. His body was discovered on the second floor of a parking garage near the Plaza Library at 48th and Main. The incident occurred in broad daylight, around 2 p.m., leaving his family and the community in shock and grief.
