Joshua C. Monroe, a 25-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on March 6, 2017. The circumstances surrounding his death were both shocking and deeply saddening. On that fateful day, Monroe, along with 18-year-old Vito Dodson, was found shot in separate vehicles in Ferguson, Missouri.
