Thaddeus Dumas, a 27-year-old from Saint Louis, Missouri, died on August 24, 2017. His death was a result of a violent incident that occurred while he was incarcerated at the St. Louis City Workhouse. According to reports, Dumas was involved in a series of forced fights orchestrated by jail guards. These guards, identified as Elvis M.
