Darmel Stokes

In the late summer of 2017, the life of 32-year-old Darmel Bruce Stokes was violently cut short in Saint Louis, Missouri. On August 31st, Stokes was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite medical intervention at the scene, his injuries proved to be fatal.
