In the early hours of a December morning in Saint-Louis, Missouri, a violent encounter abruptly ended the life of 30-year-old Corbin Turman. On December 7, 2020, Turman, a male resident of the city, was at the Phillips 66 gas station situated at 1113 Salisbury Street in the Hyde Park neighborhood. Shortly after 2 a.m., the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department received a call reporting a shooting at that location.
