On a tragic Friday night in St. Louis, 18-year-old Antavion T. Wilson, a male, was fatally shot. The incident, which unfolded on February 2, 2018, also left his 36-year-old mother, Detra Green, hospitalized with multiple gunshot wounds. The shooting occurred around 11:30 p.m. in the 5000 block of Dr. Martin Luther King Drive, near Sherman Park. Both Wilson and his mother were rushed to a hospital, where Antavion was pronounced dead.
