Antavion Wilson, an 18-year-old from Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on February 2, 2018, in a violent incident outside The Other Place Lounge. The confrontation that led to his death began when Larry Jackson, the 37-year-old owner of the bar, ejected Wilson's mother, Detra Green, from the premises. This altercation escalated into a shootout between Wilson and Jackson.
