Gamesha A. Thomas, a 17-year-old senior at Lee's Summit North High School in Missouri, tragically passed away on September 29, 2017. The incident occurred at her school, where she was found in a second-floor bathroom after students reported hearing a single gunshot. Authorities quickly responded to the scene, and Gamesha was transported to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead. The school went into lockdown immediately following the incident, and students were dismissed early.
