Janet L. Nance, aged 72, tragically lost her life on October 18, 2017, in Ellington, Missouri. The incident occurred during a violent robbery at her home, which also resulted in the death of her husband, James Nance, aged 86, and serious injuries to a 73-year-old family friend. The couple was shot during the robbery, and Janet succumbed to her injuries shortly after being transported to a hospital in St. Louis.
