In the early morning hours of November 8, 2023, a tragic event unfolded in a home on Lynch Drive in Bucyrus, Missouri, resulting in the death of 31-year-old Tiffany M. Angel. A male resident of the home, aged 38, contacted Texas County 911 dispatch at approximately 3:02 a.m. to report that he had shot a person he believed to be an intruder attempting to enter his residence.
