Raquel R. Montgomery, also known as "Rocky," passed away on February 13, 2018, at the age of 29 in Springfield, Missouri. Raquel was born on July 2, 1988, in Springfield to William R. Vernor, Sr. and Margaret A. Montgomery. She was known for her energetic personality and her love for music, family, and friends.
