Cornelius Copeland, a 37-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on February 27, 2018. The incident occurred after Copeland ran a stop sign and collided with an SUV near Denver, Missouri. Following the crash, Copeland exited his vehicle and became involved in a confrontation with a bystander. During this altercation, the bystander shot Copeland and subsequently fled the scene in a vehicle. Copeland was later pronounced dead at a hospital.
