Aarion Phillips, a 17-year-old from Saint Louis, Missouri, was tragically shot and killed on May 13, 2018, at the Peabody Housing Complex. Aarion was known for his kind and helpful nature, often assisting his community in simple ways, such as carrying groceries for neighbors.
