Charles Wofford, a 57-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away on May 26, 2018. His death was a result of multiple gunshot wounds, as confirmed by the Kansas City Police Department. On the day of his death, officers were dispatched to the 5200 block of Lawn Avenue following an emergency medical services call. Upon arrival, they found Wofford lying motionless on the floor of his home. A friend who regularly checked on him discovered his body and immediately called 911.
