Kelvin Phillips Jr., a 19-year-old from Saint Louis, Missouri, was tragically shot and killed on August 1, 2018. Kelvin was described as inseparable from his younger brother, Kelvon Phillips, who was also 19 when he was killed six months later. Both brothers were standout football players at Hazelwood East High School, where they were known for their close bond and athletic prowess.
