In the summer of 2018, the life of 19-year-old Kelvin Phillips was tragically cut short in St. Louis. He was shot and killed in August, a devastating event for his family and friends. Kelvin, along with his younger brother Kelvon, was a celebrated football player at Hazelwood East High School, where they were known for their close bond, even being described by their mother, Angel Mays, as 'inseparable.'
