Ray Acklin, a 22-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on June 15, 2019. The incident occurred during a violent altercation involving multiple individuals. According to reports, the confrontation took place in the Penrose neighborhood of Saint Louis. Ray Acklin was involved in a shooting where he shot a 37-year-old man.
