The early morning hours of December 23, 2018, in St. Louis, Missouri, were marked by a tragic discovery in the Fountain Park neighborhood. Police officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Aubert Avenue around 4:06 a.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival at the scene, investigators found a vehicle parked on the street with a female victim, 24-year-old Briauna Henley, in the driver's seat. She had sustained fatal gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
