On a cold January morning in 2019, the life of 32-year-old Talmadge Smith was abruptly ended in a burst of violence at his place of work in St. Ann, Missouri. Smith, the manager of the T & R Pit Stop on St. Charles Rock Road, was inside the auto repair shop when an individual walked in and shot him in the face.
