On August 28, 2024, 22-year-old Lowinski Ames was found deceased from a gunshot wound to the head at a residence in the 10600 block of St. Veronica Court in St. Ann, Missouri. The homeowner, 61-year-old Rebecca Ann McCullough, admitted to shooting Ames with a .38-caliber revolver after consuming a significant amount of vodka.
