In the early hours of a spring Saturday in St. Louis, Missouri, tragedy struck a group of individuals gathered in the northern part of the city. On May 4, 2019, a burst of gunfire shattered the night, leaving five people struck by bullets. Among them was 28-year-old Bobby Carter, a male resident of St. Louis.
