Devin Alexander Hayes, a 24-year-old from Pasadena, Maryland, tragically lost his life on August 11, 2017, in a murder-suicide incident in Edgewater, Maryland. The incident occurred during a party hosted by Russell Robert Ramey, a 45-year-old resident of Edgewater. According to reports, the event took place at Ramey's townhome on Dawnwood Drive.
