On a Friday night in Edgewater, Maryland, what began as a social gathering ended in a tragic loss of life. Devin Alexander Hayes, a 24-year-old man from Pasadena, was attending a party at a townhome on Dawnwood Drive on August 11, 2017. It was there that the evening took a fatal turn.
