Luis Angel Meza-Santiago, a 26-year-old resident of Edgewater, Maryland, tragically lost his life on December 3, 2022. The incident occurred just after midnight at the Los Chaparitos restaurant in Edgewater. Upon arrival, Anne Arundel County police found Meza-Santiago lying lifeless in the parking lot, surrounded by a small group of people. He was immediately transported to Anne Arundel Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
