In the summer of 2019, a discovery was made in the Penrose neighborhood of north St. Louis that brought a tragic end to the life of Anthony Woods. On the afternoon of June 22nd, police received a call at 2:03 p.m. reporting a person found deceased in a detached garage in the 4400 block of Lee Avenue.
