David Lee Morgan, a 40-year-old resident of Columbia, Missouri, was tragically shot and killed on the night of June 26, 2019. The incident occurred at a residence on the 1500 block of Tupelo Place, where Columbia police responded to a report of a verbal disturbance involving a firearm. Upon arrival, officers found Morgan with multiple gunshot wounds to the chest. Despite immediate efforts, Morgan was pronounced dead at the scene.
