David Anderson Jr., a 19-year-old from Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on October 21, 2019. The incident occurred in University City, a suburb of Saint Louis. On that fateful day, around 3:45 p.m., police responded to reports of shots fired near Kingsland Avenue and Corbitt Avenue.
