DeAndre Chiney, a 21-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on January 8, 2020. DeAndre was fatally shot during an altercation at a residence in the 2000 block of Park Tower Drive. The incident also resulted in the wounding of a 5-month-old baby.
