DeAndre Chiney, a 21-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on January 8, 2020. DeAndre was fatally shot during an altercation at a residence in the 2000 block of Park Tower Drive. The incident also resulted in the wounding of a 5-month-old baby. According to reports, the altercation began when Nicholas A. James, also 21, arrived at the residence to take the child away from the location following an argument between the child's parents.
